We are owners of homes in Florida which not only pay for themselves but have also become a good investment for the future.  Our service and advice is Independent, Free and from an owner's perspective, not a salesperson's.
 
We don't sell you a home, we assist you in your purchase.  We are the buyers agent although we are paid by the seller.
 
We offer personal experience and advice every step of the way, having our own villa means we know exactly what is needed to make this important step a rewarding reality.  We will guide you from choosing your development, to your plot, style of villa, external and internal décor, furnishings, pool and garden.

 

We will also help you set up your mortgage, bank account and other financial arrangements.  We will arrange your furniture installation if the home is not being sold with a turn key package,  together with independent advice on Property Management.  Knowing your home is being looked after properly is a must for security and peace of mind.  We provide a quality service with experienced professionals to keep everything running smoothly.

Our local fully licensed Real Estate Agent is there to guide you through the purchasing of your home.  He is regulated by the Florida Real Estate Commission who enforces the law regulating real estate practices.  Our local agent knows the legal intricacies associated with transfers of title, property taxes and utility costs, arrangements for financing and local zoning.

 

The agent will arrange to either collect you from your accommodation or meet you at his office and show you the area, developments and different styles of homes.  He will advise on the best development regarding your needs and act on your behalf for the whole transaction.

 

He will set up all necessary contacts including financing, meeting the mortgage broker and banking arrangements.  He will take you step-by-step, answering any issues you are not certain of and do not quite understand.

 

He will also give advice on Furniture Packages, and Décor.  Will liaise with builders and do the walk-through on your behalf if needed.  Buying direct from a developer does not give any advantage nor will they give a discount.

Inspection trips including flights and accommodation at best prices can be arranged for 4 days.

 

You will be able to stay in our own villa.  We will arrange the accommodation in a villa close to attractions, fully furnished and with a pool.  This will give an insight into owning your own home.

 

All clients will be collected from their respective accommodation or met at the office and escorted throughout with the licensed real estate agent.  He will give a detailed account on the builder and development and discuss all relevant facts to enable you to make the best choice for your requirements.

 

If a visit has already been planned prior to contacting us, we will arrange an appointment for you to meet with our representative.

 

There is no hard sell; you can spend as little or as much time as you wish viewing the homes.
